5 Amazing FREE Crochet Earwarmer Patterns

I have made all of these earwarmers
(and designed two of them,)
and I think they are so much fun and all look so different and classy in their own way!

I hope you find the perfect earwarmer that you want to crank out again and again for your crochet gifting or business.

The Savannah Earwarmer was designed by me and is featured as a free pattern on the Joy of Motion Crochet Blog.  This unique texture is created using a reverse single crochet (crab stitch) and I LOVE adding a brooch or flower to it which makes it even fancier!

I remember sitting in my room in Costa Rica on a mission trip and working on this one – then again on the plane home – and again a few months later.  The awesome stitching creates a texture I want to recreate over and over again.  Free pattern available here on the Yarn and Chai blog.

I was a little intimidated looking at this one – how does she create that awesome twist?  Her instructions make this so fast and easy and impressive to wear!  I cranked a couple of these out watching Netflix one night.  Grab the free pattern on Claudetta Crochet’s Youtube Channel.

I loved Caron Latte Cakes yarn as soon as I saw it, but wondered what to make! In this free pattern, I used a half double waistcoat stitch (maybe I made it up?) to create a close-knit look.  Head to my blog post for instructions.

This pattern looks great in any yarn, though! Here it is in Yarn Bee Breathe Deep yarn.

How dreamy is this ear warmer? My Hobby is Crochet uses some fun, unique stitch variations that I’ve never used before but were super easy to pick up.  Grab the free pattern on her blog and maybe add some fun bling to the center like she did!

I hope you enjoy these free patterns! Thank you for supporting fellow crocheters by sharing our posts, patterns, pins and by purchasing a downloadable pdf every now and then to help us buy more yarn! 😉

Lots of Love,
