The Cutesy Can Cozy

I hope you find yourself by the lake or sea this summer sipping your favorite frosty fizzy drink, soda. . . whatever makes you say “Aaahhh!” in the heat of the day.  I designed this little cozy…coozie? I don’t know what you call it, but it will keep your hands from freezing after a dive into the icy cooler to grab a drink.

Tools and Materials:

That’s it!

Pattern Notes:

  • Fits standard 12oz canned soda, La Croix, Bubbly, adult drink, etc.
  • This pattern is worked in the round, we will join each round with a slip stitch.
  • Be careful to notice at the beginning of each round if you should turn your work or not.  We only turn before and after rows 7 and 19 to make the triple crochet stitches bump out and create those super cute tiny bobbles!

Abbreviations:

  • ch – chain
  • st – stitch
  • sts – stitches
  • sl st – slip stitch
  • sc – single crochet
  • dc – double crochet
  • tc – triple crochet
  • scinc – single crochet increase (2 sc in one stitch)
  • scblo – single crochet in the back loop only

Now, time for the Pattern!
